I am a current student at Metropolitan State University where I am doing my bachelor in Human Service with the commitment to helping others in the health care industry.

I am a 53 year old female that has been in Healthcare for 20+ years. I am a certified nursing assistant. I truly enjoy working with people and this is definitely a passion of mine. I am married to a wonderful man and together we have raised two amazing children who are now young adults on their own. I lost my job of 8 years recently due to the company down sizing. I want to get back into working with the elderly and giving them caring and compassionate companionship.

Hello my name is Jacklin Aud. I have been a caregiver for thirty years . Started working in Carmi Hospital/nursing home my junior year during my nursing class. I received my CNA licence at 16. Continued to work as a CNA throughout my junior, and senior year of school. I stopped to care for my grandmother. She was dying of cancer. I got married . My husband ,and I started a family. We moved to MN from Illinois. I decided to do home care unstead of working for a hospital, or nursing home. I've witnessed to much neglect in a nursing home ! I got my HHA licence . Then I started working as HHA in homes privately. I'm also a Pca for disabled children . I worked for Home Instead Senior Care for 4,5 years. I decided working privately for clients as a HHA is better than working for a company as a HHA. My job consist of taking clients shopping, doctors office, out for lunch,light cleaning, cooking, assist with bathing, and toileting. I work with hospice, and give medication. I love to care for people! I treat all elderly as if they were my own parents, or grandparents.

I cared for my grandmother for six years and my mother for a year when she broke her hip I also had a client I cared for until he passed away in December and I have worked with hospice several times once here with Tom and in Ohio I worked with hospice with several clients I just enjoy being around the seniors they have so much to offer and listening to their stories I really enjoy I also enjoy showing them things that I do and I like to involve them in things that I do and have them show me things that they used to do and do it I just get a lot of joy out of seeing them smile and listen to them

I have 9+ years experience as a caregiver and currently work as a Certified Nursing Assistant looking for a new career with new experiences and challenges. Hello, my name is Madison Odegaard. I will be graduating from the University of Alabama in May 2022 and applying to PA school to become a Physician Assistant. I work during the school year for Indian Rivers Behavioral Health where I care for clients with developmental disabilities. I also volunteer for the RISE center where I care for infants both with disabilities and without. My goal is to care for individuals who are vulnerable, specifically either clients with disabilities or children. My dream is to give them the best possible care and life experiences.
