Hello, my names Diana. I am a licensed COTA with a bachelors degree. I worked per diem in a few different nursing home so I have experience with the geriatric population. I did home care during my fieldwork. I have experience working with clients in their homes. I love helping others and making individuals feel comfortable in their homes.

I believe I'm a great caregiver because I am passionate and caring I love taking care of people and helping them anything I could do to make a person's life better makes me feel better about myself. After helping take care of family members I knew I found what I love. My grandpa was a Doctor in world war 2 and my grandma was a nurse for world war 2 also. I'm 20 years old with some experience in Medical terminology at Bryant and Stratton College. I come from a big family with a lot of us being in the medical field. I've learned so much about so many people it's beautiful. All my patients and families I've worked with have been amazing to me. I love my job more than anything in the world. I consider my job a blessing. I also assist with housekeeping, bathing, dressing, shopping, giving medication, meal prepping and mobility. I have experience in rehabilitation, physical therapy assistant, changing Colostomy bag, empty a Catheter bag, dealing with ALS, MS, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Alzheimer's, Dementia, and many others issues a client has. long term care for children and adults, mentally challenged or physically challenged.

I'm a 24 year old CNA that work at many nursing homes. I'm a loving and caring person. I treat everyone like they are my family member and i give them the care i would give to my family member. I'm a caregiver because i love helping the elderly . Everyone seems to forget about the elderly even tho they have took care of us for years. I enjoy make people feel and look clean. I enjoy helping people that cant help themselves. I will be starting my RN classes in September.

When I became a caregiver, I chose to do so out of the satisfaction I get from helping other people. There are often too many people out in the world who need assistance or just someone to be there for them, and all to often I find that the one's who answer the call are the one's who do not share tat compassion.
