Good with elders, cleaning and organizing is my best skill. Basic medical knowledge is known. I'm home health certified, spent last 5 years dealing with a client that really needed a nursrying home. But those were his wishes. To this day he's still alive!!

I have been a caregiver in LTC facilities for over 10 years and I have come to the conclusion that if you can keep your loved ones at home, then we should come to them. So I decided to leave that and start working for people from home so they can stay home. I've taken care of younger people, not kids, and of course all the way up to end of life. The experience I have could be great, I just don't want people to have to resort to putting loved ones somewhere where they have care. Let's make that be home more often! I love taking care of others and helping them achieve their goals. This is why I became a caregiver in high school and I have never stopped. I will never lose sight of the bigger picture of making geriatric patients have the best quality of life until they pass on, or just being there for you if you need the smallest of help. **the small things make the world go round"

I am a great caregiver because I started developing the interest while taking care of my father who became sick for a long time and it was me an my mother who where taking care of him. After he passed away I decided to take up this profession so that I can help other people who need help like my father and make a difference in peoples lives that is what I love most with this job. I do my work diligently and my clients end up treating me like family members and a friend. I enjoy listening to my clients testimonies of how much I have effected their lives in a positive way and to me that is a great achievement.
