I will have my background check soon I'm new to this site and l have to wait on my birth certificate that l misplaced, so l can get my background check, l do have references l also have my clearances and fingerprints from up north so I'm waiting to update those as well. I think one of my greatest traits that with my experience make me well qualified for the job is, compassion and patience. Because above all those are the two important things you need to have while working in the health care field, and I have learned both go a long way. I have been a personal care giver in many different enviroments/ to all ages of patients for the past 6 years, and the amount of different people you meet and just being able to be there when they need somebody/ help in any way is in my view the best part of the job.
