To me, taking care of someone isn't a job but it is a passion, a desire and a willingness to help others. It is always my mission to provide the best care and companionship to those I am with. I have been in this career field for over 15 years. I have a Medical Assistance Degree and a Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Management. (Both from Herzing University) I am a Mother and Wife and enjoy spending time with my Family when I am not working. I am very outgoing, determined and have a positive mindset.

I have had been doing as care giver for long decades and I was a CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT as well where I gained all the skills. experiences & knowledge in the field. I have great COMPASSIONS caring personality to help & assists others in order to become more independent. Basically I enjoy helping others in order to become independent to live and its feels much more " REWARDING " that I make someone else to live better.

I'm a mother of two amazing children. I'm a very patient and caring person who has a lot of experience assisting individuals with their daily routines. I first got into the field through my cousin who worked with mentally and physically challenged individuals of all ages when I was younger. I did that for many years and loved it. I then moved into early childhood education and worked for Headstart and a few daycare businesses. I started working specifically with seniors when my grandmother unfortunately became ill and I was one of her caregivers until she passed away. Since then I've worked in the field and have met a lot of incredible people. Sometimes I have to go from individual to individual depending on the company I'm working for and have always had good compliments and have always been requested back by them because of my outstanding job performance. My kids are getting older and I'm able to focus more on my career now. I look forward to meeting future clients and being able to assist them in anyway I possibly can to make things a little less stressful and to put a smile on their face.

I enjoy being a cna because I get to help others and I enjoy making a difference in others life's ~ putting a smile on someone's face . My personal achievement was when I went back to school to get my CNA license ~

Ive always wanted to be in the healthcare field since i was a little girl and became a caregiver because i recently lost a grandfather and wanted to help other people and thier families. I know losing someone you love is not a walk in the park, but it can be a beautiful thing if you let it. I love helping people and I love to brighten their day. I am a 28 year old female who has recieved a CNA certification in June 2012 and is still up to date; I have experience working in the hospital and nursing home setting.

I became a caregiver because i have compassion for people, i cared for my grandmother for years as a teenager whom had cancer. Im kind and loving. Ill make you loved one feel like they belong and can count on me. Im currentl furthering my medical career from a CNA that ive had since i was 18yrs old doing inhome health and working in care facilites with dementia patients. I cared for a woman called Nana when I was 19. Nana was quite a character. She was partially deaf and had hypertension and was 94 years young. Nana was allowed 1 gin and tonic per night and I remember hearing her yell down from upstairs don't water it down because I'll know! She was so full of life. I miss her. I later came to care for my mother and mother in law also 2 wonderful women. Both had many serious health problems that taught me a lot about caring with a sense of humor when needed and a sense of respect and understanding always. I have helped friends care for children, animals, seniors and I have always loved learning about all of them and making them smile trying to brighten their day even when they seem past hope. Just think, be kind, understanding, loving and respectful. It all falls into place

I have been a caregiver for over 30 years. I ran and operated a state licensed daycare for 17 years. Upon closing my business I went to school for my CNA. I really enjoy my profession because I like helping people. My experience is vast from in home care to facilities to hospice care. References can be supplied for I have been with some families for years. Enjoying taking people out and about to appointments or for a lunch or for a ride can be quite nice for the patient. Having a lot of compassion and empathy for this job and for the people I help.
