I am a fun, laid back, compassionate person. I am a believer that being professional does not mean not having fun or enjoying your job. I love being a caregiver because I love helping people. I enjoy making people's lives or even just days better; that is one of the things that gives me the most sense of accomplishment. A personal achievement in proud of is my perseverance as a mother. Being a mother turned my whole life upside down and it has been a hard journey. But as my kids get older, I can see my efforts paying off and I'm really proud of myself for the way I've raised them, because this is the most important job of my life. Working as a Dental Assistant for 15 years and becoming a Volunteer Fire woman.I had the privilege of taking care of my late Uncle and my late Mother-in-law. My uncle had no mobility and depended on round the clock care.But I was always able to make him belly laugh everyday. My mother-in-law, had three open heart surgeries and additional medical needs. I always made the time to care for her throughout the entire day. I enjoy being a companion and support system. My grandmother always told me that taking care of someone is a privilege not a job. I enjoy getting to know people of all walks through life and I have taken many courses to keep my self educated in patient care.I look forward to getting the opportunity to know you.

I'm a mother of two amazing children. I'm a very patient and caring person who has a lot of experience assisting individuals with their daily routines. I first got into the field through my cousin who worked with mentally and physically challenged individuals of all ages when I was younger. I did that for many years and loved it. I then moved into early childhood education and worked for Headstart and a few daycare businesses. I started working specifically with seniors when my grandmother unfortunately became ill and I was one of her caregivers until she passed away. Since then I've worked in the field and have met a lot of incredible people. Sometimes I have to go from individual to individual depending on the company I'm working for and have always had good compliments and have always been requested back by them because of my outstanding job performance. My kids are getting older and I'm able to focus more on my career now. I look forward to meeting future clients and being able to assist them in anyway I possibly can to make things a little less stressful and to put a smile on their face.
