I am also a dance teacher and have done ballet for 12 years along with various other dance genres. I have taught all ages from 4-40 physical fitness through dance. I enjoy working and caring for the elderly,most of my life was spent around the elderly.my experience in the nursing home,hospital and assistant living and home health.my overall experience is one I would never take for granted,because one day l love for someone to care for me.

Upon graduating nursing school I went to work for nursing homes and was not happy with what I saw and what was expected of me. I became a Caregiver instead to have the one on one care. My bubbly personality and strong skill suit make me the perfect fit for at home care.

I'm a great caregiver because I take up my time with my patient & take the time in actually getting to know them & I talk to the patients to put myself into their shoes about how theyre feeling & what I can do to make their situation better or more comfortable. The love that I have for older people is what really drew me to care giving & especially after helping a few members of my family through their stages of when they were sick & couldn't do anything for their selves . I enjoy mostly taking care of the patient & seeing a smile on their face to know I either did, said or completed something to have them in a better place instead of their mind on their sickness & incapabilities. My name is Bianca Wright and I am a 24 year old mother of twin boys. I got into the health care field because, after I had my boys, I wanted to be able to able to help people like the nurses in the hospital helped me. They were so kind and compassionate toward me and my family and since then, I've been involved with home health care. Around the beginning of this year (2017) I started working with a close family friend who fell sick at the time. They have since past on but working with this family friend gave me a lot of experience with in-home patient care. For example I can wash, feed, position, transfer, provide ROM's exercises, provide denture care and catheter care as well as collet vitals signs. I currently have little experience when it comes to clients I've worked with however I have completed my CNA certification as well as having some experience working with my close family friend. I love to help and to be a help to other people and if you choose me I can guarantee that I will treat your loved one as if they were my own.

My name is Ariel and I am the oldest of 5. I was naturally a caregiver growing up but found that geriatrics/ Alzheimer's/Dementia is where my heart is at. The thing I love most about being a caregiver is that I get to learn about each person and find ways to make them happy and to help them feel that taking care of someone that needs help is a pleasure and not a burden. I like the fact that I make each resident feel heard and understood. I am compassionate, fun, and creative. I have moved throughout caregiving, Activities, resident relations director, and home health. I feel in order to be a great caregiver, you must be able to have great attention to detail and a heightened awareness of how someone is feeling regardless of whether or not they can tell you or communicate it.
