Hello! My name is Beth. I am 37 years old & the mother to 2 boys (19 & 7). Throughout my entire life I have been referred to as an "old soul", often relating to & befriending folks over 60. I have always cherished what their generation has to share & what they've given to us. Listening to them recall their past & share advice is honestly the most rewarding bonus about being a caregiver! I have over 14 years of experience, mostly with seniors & working with Dementia/Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, & terminal illness. I assist my clients by providing companionship & help w/ bathing, dressing, meal prep, laundry, house keeping, dishes, meds, appts, shopping, transportation, scheduling, keeping care logs, & any other daily needs. I have experience working w/ the Hoyer lift & wheelchair (both manual & electric). I do my best to get clients up & around, keeping their blood flowing and muscles strong. I enjoy caregiving because it is a rewarding career helping others. I have a big heart and desire to help those in need because the golden rule states do unto others. I hope there someone to take care of me when I am in my golden years with a loving heart.

I like being a caregiver because I get to help others that need it. It makes me feel good to makes a difference. I love my own grandmother and love to help her with her needs. I help her cook and clean her house twice a month. I am a mother and do housefly duties everyday. This is the perfect job for me.

I wanted to help people with Alzheimer's disease ,my step dad just past away he had Parkinson's disease and I decided to help people to help fight the end of Alzheimer's disease. I pay attention to the people and try to be in their world do the things and activities they like to do. Have 12 years experience as a care giver and in training in Alzheimer's disease. Have knowledge in taking Blood pressure and Blood sugar been RN delegated by a nurse. I like gardening with them and doing activities that help them with their brain activity Taking walks playing games or puzzles . Love people & love making life easier for the sick & lonely. People who need help & sick people sometime won't ask for help getting to know your patients & their needs wants & likes is important so you can just take care of there desires & needs.

I personally love help people in general, young or elder. I became a Certified Nursing Assistant for many reasons, the most important one being that i could be there when nobody else could. I love spending time and asking their stories. i wouldn't change it for the world.

I'm not shy, I'm ready to work and get into the mix of things! I love helping people in any way, I'm so passionate about caring for others, that I'm making a career out of it! I love lifting people up, both emotionally and physically. I wouldn't trade the bond I share with others for the world! Additionally, an achievement I am proud of is kind of silly, but it was buying my very first car all by myself, with my hard earned money and time. It's the fact that hard work, determination and just believing in yourself will always have a good outcome that keeps me going.

I have a big caring heart for the people I care for. I was attracted to go into healthcare after living in with my grandmother the year before she passed and taking care of her day in and out until her last days. I enjoy being the person people depend on to be there and I enjoy taking care of people as much as I can. And I am most proud of being the only to step up and take care of my grandmother and being able to be there for her day in out and getting to hear all of her stories even if she told me the same one 100x's over !!
