I became a caregiver after helping my dad through his battle with cancer when I was just a teenager. I am a single mother of three children. I love reading, music, arts and crafts. I feel I sympathize with the elderly more so than the younger population, specializing in dementia and memory care. I look way younger than I am, I am somewhat shy but once I get to know a person we are friends forever.

I worked as a CNA for 16 yrs (3 years as a PCW) until I went back to school for my associates in Medical Administration. I went into the field as I love taking care of others. I find it to be very rewarding, like no other career. Helping others with daily life skills, no matter what it is, brings joy to my life. Knowing I make a difference feels good. I am looking to work the overnight shift 2-3 nights per week or 5-6 shifts in a 2-week pay period. I am available to work between 7p-9a. I am also willing to work longer shifts up to 15 hours per shift. I would like to stay around 30 per week as I am enrolled in an online Medical Transcription course presently.
