What makes me feel great about being a caregiver is that the client is loyal,and always happy. I am tolerant,patient,humble,able to work with tough clients.I also treat the client like if he or she was like my family.I don't take anything personal.I love my job and I'm patience I'm always nice and courteous I always put their needs first before mine.

I am excited to be considered for the open position of caretaker that this company has posed. Over my long career in the maintenance. I began working in caretaking more than three years ago, during which time I have advanced to hold more sophisticated. I became a caregiver, because I saw how much a home health aide helped my grandmother through her cancer, it inspired me to help others and give back to the community. I am currently a full-time student athlete at the University of Cal State LA. I enjoyed being a caregiver because it gives you the opportunity to learn about people, and their different backgrounds. My biggest achievement thus far would be me starting a mental health group at my university and letting thousands of students talk to me when things are rough. I went through depression and once I was okay I realized how many people suffer in silence and it was my duty to help bring awareness and make sure students had the resources to keep a good state of mind.In my current position, I maintain an efficient and organized work mentality as I assist in the care of several patients, dealing with mental health illnesses, chronic diseases, dementia, Alzheimer's, disabilities and etc. I have a knack for problem solving and work well independently and with little oversight. I am compassionate, outgoing, and resourceful. I am a self-starter and excel at housekeeping, engaging clients with light activities, and meal preparation. I am familiar with caregiver protocols and learn new procedures quickly. I hope to contribute to your patient care goals.

Hello, Although I have a degree/career in the operating room assisting surgeons with surgeries..........I have found my passion in making a tremendous difference in the quality & care of one's life by caregiving and nursing career. My grandparents played a tremendous role in my life (whom I also cared for at the end of their long lives) and I have always been very comfortable & fond of elderly, and geriatric people. I have found it to be an absolute joyful and rewarding experience to be a caregiver & nurse. We are called to take good care of the Widowed & Orphaned. My passion and love for them are evident. I've started with helping my grandmother as a little girl such as brushing her hair on a daily, picking out her clothes, to then giving her, her medications. I cared for several other family members until I decided to then move on to working in a doctor's office as a medical/billing assistant which included me rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting the doctor's, submitting billing, and most importantly building friendly and trusting relationships.
