1. I was 18 when I started and knew the training was minimal and the most important part of the job was being a naturally caring person. I knew I would take to it from all the years I spent helping take care of my Nana.
2. Job satisfaction, flexible schedule, and I really enjoy meeting knew people.
3. I met a client and within the first 1/2 hour I could tell she did not want me there. I did my best to make her comfortable and meet her needs while at the same time trying to figure out the problem.
