I want to become a Caregiver because my passion is to care for others. What I like about being a Caregiver is being able to care for those in need. A personal achievement I'm proud of is taking a CNA course. I am a young mother with a caring heart. It has always been in me to care for others. I have worked in the field for about 6 years and have always enjoyed it.
My personal reason is, I helped my dad with my mom. She was on hospice for approximately size months or more. Then, after mom passed I helped take care of dad, he passed the following year. I worked in the Sheriff's office for 23 years assisting The nurses I love people and I love taking care of their needs, such as light house keeping, companionship so their not lonely. Every one needs loved and sometimes the elderly are forgotten about. I am working now but I'm driving almost an hour away which is taking time away from my grandchildren that I adopted. Just last week I worked 90 hours., and the week before I put in 65 hours. As you see I'm not afraid of work.

Hello, I have been a CNA going on ten years. This is the most rewarding profession that I could have ever chosen to work in. It's not just a job, it's a big part of my heart and makes me who I am. I love helping others and seeing that beautiful smile on a precious person's face.
Skills & Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
I'm a loving and caring person I love being able to help people achieve their goals in life. I was attracted to being a caregiver when my father was on hospice. I enjoy getting to know different people and what their personality is. A personal achievement that I'm very proud of is that when the day came for my father to take his last breath. I had prepared myself for it because I knew that I had to be strong for the rest of my family. If I had not became a caregiver I would have been able to make it through the process of losing my dad.
I am a very patient and understanding person. I strive to treat others as I would want to treated. With my experience in this field, I have learned that patience is virtue. I enjoy seeing people smile and laugh and have a good time. I have most experience in dealing with Dementia patients so reminiscing on the past (good ole days) is one of my favorite things to do with those that I care for. This also is a great activity for them as well! I have always been a people person but the young and old have always been my passion. From teaching the young to helping start a caregiving service, my passions for those have grown. I am proud to be a caregiver and take pride in providing the A+ service to my clients.
Hello, my name is Lyndsay. I am 25 years of age with 10 years of Caregiving experience. I am an upbeat, energetic, and friendly person to all. You will find that i am an organized, independent, hard-working, and reliable indvidual. I take great pride and happiness in taking care of others and helping anyone in need. When something needs to be done, I'll be the first on the job. I started out taking care of my grandmother at a young age. After she passed, I moved to where I now currently have a veteran neighbor whom I help when needed. I was employed by a family on weekends for a gentleman with dementia for almost a year up until his passing. I have many years of experience with Caregiving , elderly and youth. Also, I like to keep things clean and neat when at someone's home. Labor work doesn't bother me at all. If it needs to be done, I can do it. Cooking, cleaning, laundry, and errands are expected and easily done.
I enjoy helping others. I have been a caregiver in various ways throughout my life. I spent 6 years as a CNA before working in the IT industry and then moving to India to help as a missionary there for 8 years. Since returning to the US, i am working as a caregiver for an agency and managing an independent living home. i would say that the most important personal achievement is the ongoing process of becoming a better father and person everyday.
I have 5+ years in elderly care, I'd love to thank my grandmother for giving me the opportunities she had given me in life, she was an amazing woman, our world changed when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, i was onky 18 at the time, we had a hard journey ahead of us! But i stood by her side everystep of the way, from her chemotherapy to radiation. Her time ran short, i was still pregnant with my 2nd child, i had allot in my life going on and not a day goes by that i dont think of what a wonderful woman she was. I am very big hearted and i enjoy giving the eldery company, it gives me a purpose, your family members deserve to be treated like family and not dollar signs! If you choose me, i am a quick learner and enjoy the experiences i have received. Right now i am a caregiver for Aid and assist at Home. Out of Bristol TN. At the end of this month i will be enrolling into collage to be a CNA. I am dedicated, honest and trust worthy. We can discuss things futher with more information! Thank you for your time! :)
