Hello, my name is Dan. I am a certified IHSS care provider. I became a caregiver because Ive always had a natural urge to care for others. I was a volunteer veterinary assistant throughout my senior year in high school, which took a great amount of care and empathy. From feeding and clothing my younger siblings, to babysiting and aiding children and Elders at my local church respectively, I have always been saught out to lend a helping hand. This is why I decided to become a caregiver. To not only aid people in need, but to also show them extra love, respect and support whenever they need it. More importantly, to give them a reason to smile as much as possible. It leaves me with a great sense of honor and responsibility, and I intend to do so for as long as I can.
