I am a great care giviver because I genuinely love helping other people and enjoying putting a smile on their face. I provide care as if they were my own mother or father. I enjoy be able to make someone laugh and smile. I enjoy making a person believe in themself and encouraging them to do what they can for themselves so they don't lose their abilities. I enjoy showing families that there is still good old fashion people in the world with hard work ethic and caring pure hearts . When I moved to Arizona I started in the kitchen at a nursing home as a dishwasher, I worked my way up to food service directors assistant and then to the nursing side as a CNA. From there I expanded my knowledge by accepting job offers in wound tech, RNA (restorative nursing assistant) and staffing coordinator . These experiences have helped me expand my knowledge and being able to provide the best possible care.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I' am very passionate about my job. I love working for others, providing the necessary care to improve the quality of life for my clients, I' am very patient, I' am a good listener, I communicate affectively, I' am a quick thinker, problem solver, and very caring. I became a caregiver to help others during a very delicate time. It is not always easy to ask for help, or receive help from anyone. This is what drives me to help others. To help them feel comfortable and cared for. I enjoy making others happy. A personal achievement I' am proud is returning to school part time to receive a social work degree.

I was partly raised of my grandparents when i was a child. And that's I think made me a good caregiver for elderly. I am fun ,caring, patient and sweet to be around I always wear my best smile . I do love cooking healthy meals as well as providing exercise with my patient.
