When I was young , being a help to others wa s very important to me. Witnessing suffering when I could make a difference was the reason for my choice to be a Medical Professional and I went to college to be a Registered Respiratory Therapist. I worked in the Heart Clinic at St Luke's Regional Medical Ctr in Boise Idaho, the Heart Transplant unit in Salt Lake City, Utah; and an LTAC Center in the San Francisco area for individuals who were difficult to wean off the ventilator and move on with their lives. A very rewarding history and it was a joy to see each patient go home with a new lease on life and move forward.

My life is built around love and compassion. I have worked in healthcare for 17+ yrs, with some of my my most memorable moments in elderly care. I have worked anywhere from, home health, hospice, memory care, assistant administrator, etc. I have spent the last 5 yrs as a stay at home mom raising my children. I love working with our elderly community because they have lived and know a life, we will never know. I love to listen to their history, how they were raised, and see them through different eyes. Laugh and smile with them. They were once young just as you and I.

Hello everyone, my name is Dayley. I've been an active CNA since 2018. I graduated high school with my certification and within a few months received my Med Tech certification. I've worked in several different types of care facilities since then. I specialize in dementia/alzheimer patients, but have experience in home health care and assisted living as well. I'm outgoing, fun, and organized. My passion for this work comes from a deep bond that I hold with my own grandmother and to be able to share that caring side of myself with my client and their families. I found my passion for healthcare through giving birth to my son and the amazing help everyone provided to me during such a stressful time. My love and strive to be a caregiver I got from seeing my grandmother switch to and from nursing homes. There were some good ones and there were some terrible ones. Seeing the ones who treated her terrible like she wasn't a person and hearing how it hurt her, that is why I chose to do caregiving. I wanted someone to treat my grandmother like we do and I would love to extend that hand to you and your loved one.

I am caregiver at my core. I have a variety of experiences and extensive training from spending 8 years as a CNA, working in memory care, Skilled Nursing & doing private in home respite. I spent 14 years as a Social Worker after earning a Bachelors in the field. I then raised 4 kids while running a successful piano studio. In 2013 I went back to school & earned a degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant which I feel combines my love of Caregiving with both my experiences as CNA & Social Worker. Home Health is stressful and crazy and I miss the relationship building. Looking for a different setting to apply my knowledge, skills and love of helping. I care deeply for my patients, enjoy building trust and enabling patients to have the best self determined quality of life possible! I'm patient, quiet natured and even keeled. I tend to be very empathetic and connect deeply with those I care for. In most cases, I feel those I care for enrich my life and give me back more than I give. I have learned much from those I've worked with and cared for. It's humbling and rewarding work.

I am a Mother Hen with excellent hearing. I took great care of my mother through hospice and decided that I wanted to make a difference in the lives of those and their loved ones. Quality of life is very important to me. I enjoy giving people the respect and attention that they deserve.

I'm a very easy to get along with others, with a great personality person. The love for my lord and helping other is what attracted me to do for others. making a difference in their lives is what makes me be proud to be a caregiver....im proud of making our seniors enjoy life to their fullness....Making then feel love, care and independent .

I have been a RN since 1966 and also a Nanny for Special Needs Children. I am now retired from Hospital Nursing. I have been doing Home Care. I enjoy taking care of others. I like home care because it allows people to stay in their homes and lead a life as close to what they desire while in familiar surroundings. I volunteer at a community clinic at least 2 days a week as a nurse. I also do food demonstrations on weekends.
