Caregiving to me is a way of life. It's honoring those before me and the hard work they've put in over the years. It the ultimate reward, being there and making life easier on someone else. I love the closeness caregiving provides and the relationship it inevitably fosters.

I will say first that I love being a certified nurse assistant in America and I thrive to become a better person while working in the healthcare field. The fact that I can be happy and nice on purpose and get paid for it is amazing but the award that comes with the job is unheard of. I enjoy the family you gain while providing care for someone. But most of all I enjoy giving the love ones a piece of mind knowing that they love one is in good hands while I'm assisting and helping take care of duties that needs to be done. I received employee of the month fours times in during the pandemic. Was very proud of myself for achieving that.

I am a very caring kind hearted person I love to help others in any way possible and that is what makes me a great caregiver. Being able to make relationships with someone I'm able to help attracted me to being a caregiver. Helping someone everyday and just knowing that your making a difference in their life is very rewarding. I enjoy being able to help others that can't do everything on their own and some people don't have families that can help them and they depend on us so that their needs are met. I'm very proud of the children I am raising they constantly show appreciation and are just so loving, kind hearted and just genuinely great kids all around.

I've been an LPN in Ga. Since 2004, I specialize in senior care,I'm CPR/ first aid certified as well, flexible, friendly and available to work lots of hours. I have worked in the private duty/home setting for several different couples, and on and off since around 2008. I am highly skilled and have excellent references, upon request. I love working with senior clients. I do everything from meal prep, bathing , grooming to medication reminders. Also taking clients to/from Dr's appointments or physical therapy. No task is too small or too great. I'm confident and I know I'm a great nurse/ caregiver, been doing this professionally for over 20 years. I have done this work for almost 9 years, the best thing I ever chose to do was get in the medical field. This isn't just a job to me but a passion. I went from a CNA in high school to get my EMT license to hopefully one day becoming a paramedic, I do plan to always do caregiving as much as possible for it was what truly gave me my love for the medical field. I have worked everywhere possible LTC, hospital, home health, psych, correctional facility. I absolutely love being able to give back and make life a-little easier to those that have so much for so many years.
