I enjoy helping others, I understand as people age they may need some help with things that they cannot do for themselves any longer. I am compassionate, caring and a good listener. I like to make someone's day, even if it is in a small way. I have worked with many different types of people and I always try to make a good connection with each one. I like to get to know my clients, what they enjoy doing, their family, what they did for a living. I try to make each visit a great one.

I have years of experience working with the elderly, disabled and at-risk youth. I have excellent references. I enjoy spending time getting to know my clients and allowing them to be as independent as possible. I have worked with teams of doctors, nurses and family members to create comprehensive plans that work for my clients needs. I have been in the health care / nursing field extensive amount of years along with experience, caring for individuals of all ages, mostly geriatrics. I started out as a nursing assistant and furthered my education to become an LVN, which i have known to be a "gift"/talent in helping other's. I find myself as a very responsible, reliable, motivated individual with strong communication and listening skills and committed to the highest quality of patient/client care. I believe that i am a warm-hearted, kind, friendly individual with an added sense of humor. Respect and concern are vital when dealing with geriatrics. In my opinion,those attributes make the difference between average care and superior care. I am confident to say that i do have the attributes vital for superior care. I will sum up with this attribute that is so true to me- "treat your patient's/clients the way that you want to be treated".

My first experience as a caregiver was when I was 15 years old. My grandfather was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Both my parents were school teachers so I was responsible for his care every day after school till they got home. My heart is in taking care of others and helping keep them home in there comfort zone as long as possible. I am 38, I obtained my CNA in 2000 and have worked with different companies ever since. I enjoy all people with different illnesses I have extensive training with accute, long term, rehabilitation, psych holds, pediatric and also worked for two years in a lock down alshiemers ward. The job is hard and sometimes mentally exhausting, but I couldn't imagine doing anything different.

I am a licensed CNA and currently working as a mentor to people with developmental and physical disabilities. When I was 12 years old my grandma was diagnosed with ALS and I helped care for her until she passed, that experience led me on to become a CNA and commit to helping those in need with every day living. I'm very open-minded and compassionate.

I've worked in health care for nearing 20+ years (I started working at a young age) doing everything from private pay in home care, being a CNA in multiple skilled nursing facilities in the north state, patient monitoring in a 5* hospital, being a resident aide in a locked memory care unit, a med tech for a near 200 bed assisted living facility (ALF) to running two separate 6 bed ALFs specializing in dementia care. My heart and passion is for caregiving. I love people & I love making a connection with them. I'm extremely reliable/punctual, patient, trustworthy, compassionate, and caring. I'll care for your loved one as I'd wish for my own to be cared for, with the utmost dignity and respect. I'm a full time student, homeschooling, single mom of two little ones (7 & 3). I'm putting myself through school now and have my two little ones Sunday evenings to Thursday afternoon. I have pretty open availability from Thursday night until Sunday/Monday morning. I'm happy to do small shorter shifts, overnights or a full weekend chunk depending on what suits your situation and your family just message me and we can talk! I'm also available during the week if you're open to my littles ones coming with me. (The current guy I take care of loves with they come to work with me and so does his dog )

I have enjoyed my Nursing career immensely , and am also enjoying my retirement. I do miss the altruistic rewards of basic patient care. I maintain my current license as I do volunteer for Medical First Aid work. Finally , after many years of working in the high stress field of Nursing , I have achieved work/life balance. This is why I am choosing to give basic care .

I'm a reliable, motivated , and caring Person, I enjoy working with people. I have been in the medical field for over 16 years and have always enjoyed helping people who are in need. I'm currently working in a hospital setting and have been caring for patient that are sick, have had a stroke or recovering from surgery. It gives me great joy to help people that I know really need help.

I started nursing in 1981 as a nurses aide. I have done acute care nursing, skilled nursing facility nursing, clinic nursing, drug addiction nursing, home care, hospice, and mental health nursing. I obtainMy LVN license in 1983, I really recently obtained my wound certification. I enjoy taking care of people that appreciate the care I give. It's a joy for me to see people being able to stay home and receive care.

i have been a hca for 4 years. there is nothing more then i enjoy. doing more is being a hca.
