I am very passionate when it comes to taking care of others. Ever since I was a teenager, I knew in my heart that helping those in need was my calling. I started nursing school in college and then went straight to work at hospitals, nursing homes, and at the comfort of people's homes. I am an advocate for the Alzheimer's Association, and volunteer as a caregiver support group facilitator. I have two children who are growing too fast, and a mother who is a cancer survivor who I took care of. Also, I am a lover of animals and have no problems taking care of them as well.
I became a Nursing Assistant when my grandfather was diagnosed with Cancer it was hard on my grandmother, but once I stepped in with bathing, helping with light housekeeping around the house or just letting my grandmother get out for an hour or two her load was lightened it was a blessing. I felt giving back to my grandfather for all the love and support he has given me all the years was truly from the heart, he later passed away within three months then my grandmother was diagnosed with Cancer and I stepped in for her with just myself and my little children and again it was a blessing but challenging at same time but God gave me strength through my trail and made me strong. If i can give that to everyone I come in contact with am complete because it's from the heart helping someone with a bath, dressing them for the day, of just having a conversation means a lot to so many.. I love what I do and can give another individual
One of the reasons that makes me who I am as a caregiver is the compassion that I have in my heart for my clients and their families. I am a person of integrity, honesty, dependability and concern. It's about giving of myself to my clients and having a sense of the quality of life concerning the lifestyle they have. When I come into their presence a smile comes on their face. I will show the passion, give the encouragement, and hope they will have the confidence that I will know exactly what to do concerning their plan of care. I became a caregiver because of my mother's influence. Listening to her talk about her clients was interesting and heart warming and sometimes I felt sad and wanted to help, so I did! The rewards of being a caregiver is caring for those who cannot care for themselves or just needing a little help. Always understanding what care consists of at all times regardless of the situations and circumstances whether it's to assist or just HELP. I love what I do as a caregiver because I have a compassionate heart.

My name is Altisha, however I prefer to be called Tish. I became a CNA in 2015 through the state of Mississippi and have been been registered Illinois as well as North Dakota. I decided to become a CNA/ caregiver because I love helping people. I treat each and every one of my residents as if they were my own family member. I love seeing them smile, to know I can brighten their day, or even make them laugh is the best thing, honestly. I know that every resident I get might not be easy and I'm okay with that. I love getting to know people, hearing their stories and seeing things through their eyes. That's what motivates me to be a good caregiver
As you know my name is Casie. I was born in Elmhurst so I'm familiar with the burbs, downtown condos/houses,& the Oak Lawn/Tinley Park areas. I love helping people get back on their feet and improve to a healthy, comfortable lifestyle. Which we all deserve. I love seeing my angels get progressively better. Care for others is a second nature too me because I've always felt the calling to care for others too as much as I can. My best achievement by far would be getting into college for my nursing degree. Which means I have plenty of experience and expertise to accommodate your needs. Message me to learn more and I'm excited to start helping others!!
I am a great caregiver because I love my job and I especially love being able to lend a hand for someone. I became a caregiver because we all need help at some point in our lives. I enjoy meeting new people and I feel it is a great calling from God. My personnel achievements are when families fall in love with me and refer other clients to me. They always ask me if can I send them someone just like me!
