I've been taking care of people since 1998 and is very rewarding you meet people from all types of life from middle-class to riches...... missing people hard to get with and I'm missing people that had beautiful hearts this part of the job I feel like this is my calling one of my callings to take care of people and I need even if it is being there they last breath the first person I ever took care of what's my step grandmother and I was 11 years old just being there until my grandfather came home and I've done it for the whole summer did she passed away at the end of summer but she also preparing me for her death and I didn't cry cuz she told me not to to be there for everybody else but I cried later so I really enjoy taking care of people we have to respect each other I respect people homes like that my own and I would like to have that respect back not disrespecting each other with language a physical ways I just love to be there for a family and help them ease their hearts and their pains knowing they have someone there they can trust to take care of their loved ones

I have been an EMT for 4 years, I am hard working and have a love for helping people. I feel that everyone needs a helping hand sometimes, some more than others. I would like to be a caregiver so I am able to help someone who needs it. I like to be able to spend time with the same patients to be able to build that bond and the trust needed to truly get the best experience out of having a caregiver. Being able to be the person someone leans on is a great feeling and having the same caregiver everyday for some people is a relief especially to someone who has not needed a caregiver until recently. It can be stressful to someone who is used to being able to care for themselves and who now is in need of additional help as well as it can be stressful for their family.
