Hello! I am a 21 year old caregiver born and raised in Danville, Kentucky! I am a mother to a 1 year old as well as a nursing student. I will be finished with nursing school in June of 2024. Growing up , my father was always hospitalized due to heart complications which introduced me into nursing , and I consider it 2nd nature. My favorite part of caregiving is helping and giving to others as well as forming new bonds with my clients.

I am 25, going on 26 years old, I have a very old soul & I'm a social butterfly! & what helps me take care of my clients the best is the fact that I treat EVERY ELDERLY PERSON THAT I WORK FOR, as if they're my own grandmother or grandfather!! What attracted me to caregiving was taking care of my paralyzed great aunt at 16 & feeling like I was finally useful, like I finally had a purpose... I felt it was my calling.... what I enjoy most about caregiving, is the fact that I'm helping someone else live their best life for the rest of their days! I enjoy feeling useful and/or needed My biggest achievements are my two very beautiful children..... everything that I do, is out of love for my children.... I hope they grow up and see just how hard I worked to get us where we are at now and what's the most important factor is that I gave those two tiny humans LIFE!![?]!![?]

I am a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2015. I have 20 plus years of experience in caregiving. I am COVID vaccinated. I am compassionate, caring, loving, on time, willing to travel, pet friendly, out going, and supportive. I have been providing excellent patient care since I was about fifteen. I started out in a nursing home in 08 and progressed into the hospital and now the clinic setting. I have worked with patients that have all types of complex illnesses. I am compassionate, caring, patient, and understanding. Patient care is not for everyone but I enjoy helping people get better. I enjoy watching my patients come in ill and if they do no leave better I enjoy knowing they have received a plan of care that will help them over time. Originally I chose to become a CNA to move up the ladder to a nursing degree, but since changed my mind and have enjoyed taking care of people as I work to my final educational goal of radiology. Most people say I wear my heart on my sleeve and am very empathetic. I can always sense when something is wrong or nothing someone so I can help them. Hello my name is Julie, I am a sophomore in college attending the University of Kentucky. Majoring in nursing. I am a well experienced caregiver. That extends from volunteering in nursing homes as well as assisted living. I am CPR certified. I am familiar with a variety of medical conditions. I do know how to handle any medical situation. My passion for helping others branches from my family. As I grew up I was surrounded by nurses. My grandmother was a va nurse. So you could often find me visiting with the residents. As I got older my church started doing a lot of volunteering around the community. We would help with small things such as home cooked meals. To as big as house repairs. I have a strong passion for helping others. I think that making someone smile and helping them achieve any goal. Makes any situation better any task is never to much. I feel as if making someone feel good and well cared for is over all a very good feeling.
