I am a highly experienced Resident Care Assistant with great attitude and personality. I have over 8 years of work experience as a Resident Care Assistant/Peronal Care Assistant/Home Health Aide. I have recently attained BS Nutrition which gives me a better understanding of caring for the people I love so much.
Providing excellent customer service to patient and family, loyalty, and being dependable which are some of the many reasons I consider myself a great caregiver. I'm compassionate and patient to all my patients' needs making sure I communicate with the patient and family ensuring proper medication and care guidelines. Growing up observing my grandmother care for her mother in home inspired me to become a caregiver not only to my family but to other families as well. I wanted to be great and successful at this so I decided to get the proper education needed for Alzheimers and Dementia and how to cater to their needs. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the smile I leave on my patient's and family's face after my work has ended that shift. Receiving my certificates in the health field, becoming dependable and reliable to those that are in my life work related or not.
I've been a CNA for 18 years, I got my certification in high school and I'm also CPR certified. I have homecare, nusring home, and hospital experience. I became a caregiver because I like helping and taking care of people that can't always take care of themselves. I like being able to assist people with daily activities and helping them to try and still be active as they can be. One personal achievement is having my 2 boys.
I truely find helping others rewarding. My younger disabled brother was the first to gain my attention to the healthcare world. I enjoy being a caregiver because I know it gives help to that individual in their day to day living. My most personal achievements would be all of my healthcare professional certifications and 16 years of healthcare experience.
I love working with the elderly. I am compassionate and professional. I have been in the medical field for 5 years now and I am working towards my medical administration degree. I love getting to know the people and hearing there stories. The thing that attracted me to caregiver services is that I have seen alot of elderly patients just left and no one to help take care of them when they are not capable to do so that's where I come in. The thing that I enjoy most about being a caregiver is because I am helping someone in need and I always love helping the ones in need. My personal achievement that I am proud of is staying in school.
I treat everyone equal but different due to there needs. I'm a very caring Compassionate CNA is a very jolly person I smile a lot try to keep my clients their families and just people in general happy. I Love to help people anyone in need I could be out in public an see some one that just needs a little extra help An will join right in that's just the type of person I am I treat people as if I wanted to be treated or my family. I enjoy being a caregiver because you get to meet all kinds of people you get to build relationships an trust with people you never thought you would meet An I enjoy that, I really am proud of myself because being a CNA has taught me a lot about life an just to be thankful to wake up An function enough to go help someone else make my heart smile
I love to listen and I'm very bubbly and I love to help people. What attracted to me being a caregiver was when my grandma had a stroke I took care of her while she was sick, which made me want to become a caregiver. I enjoy most from being a care giver is seeing my patients smile. I'm still achieving my goal as a RN.
