Hi! My name is Kathy Masino. I am a retired Registered Nurse who decided to stay at home and raise my 3 beautiful children who are now grown and doing their own thing out in the world. I could not be prouder of them or more thankful for the opportunity I had to stay home and raise them. I truly miss the nursing aspect that brought much joy and fulfillment to my life. I would love the opportunity to work again with the elderly in the capacity of a companion with the added benefit of having a nursing background. I believe everyone deserves respect, dignity, compassion in the elder years. Growing old is not easy and unfortunately Father Time gets us all! I have always enjoyed the stories and the quiet moments with elders. They have much to share and much to learn from.

I have been a CNA since 1999. I have worked in Geneva General Hospital, Clifton Springs Hospital, and skilled nursing units. Once I started working in private homes I stayed there. I enjoy giving individualized care, that way I have the time to do my job with care and tenderness.

I'm loving and caring and I'm like to have fun and smile and love to laugh I loss my grandma due to COVID and she was a RN and I wanted to honor her with going into this field and I absolutely love caring and helping the elderly I'm so proud of the way I carry myself when I'm on the job and off the job this is my passion I enjoy meeting new people and their families and becoming apart of their family is such wonderful experiences

what makes me a great caregiver is that I have the patience to get to know someone rather its verbal or physical and it makes not only me but the client feel good that I understood the problem. I am energetic, have a huge heart. I'm always trying to find ways to help other people no matter the situation. I love hearing back stories on clients that's I have cared for, they always tell them perfectly! When my grandmother got sick in 2013 with stage 4 lung cancer I quit my job and took care of her until she went on hospice in her home, in 2014. I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life and that was to be a nurse one day! My biggest achievement is when I went to LPN school, although I withdrew in February of 2019 the knowledge and experience I gained is not forgotten. I was going into my second clinical rotation when I caught the flu and missed 23 clock hours! I had an hour left until next semester which was 3 months away! I had no choice to withdraw, but I will become a nurse, it's my passion!

Hello, I like to go by Aysia and I wanted to give you a little insight about myself. Some of my greatest strengths are being able to have patience, empathy, compassion and confidence. My interest in healthcare grew after spending 5 years caring for individuals who battle with mental health. I decided I wanted to expand my knowledge in healthcare and obtained my CNA. Over the last 4 years I have gained the most experience in longterm, home care, rehab and private duty. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to assist in the quality of life of the people I care for. Being apart of their journey. Most importantly the relationship building and memories we create . My favorite part is hearing "I love you " and "thank you" . It makes me feel complete like I did my job right .
