Welcoming you with warm wishes. Just wanted to share alittle about me. I'm 34 yrs old. I've worked since age 14yrs. My mom was a single mom raising 3 kids. I enjoyed working hard and I have always been a giving hearted person. I remember I used to get my paychecks an was so excited I was able to but my mom dinner from a days hard of work. I was first introduced to an entry level position in the State of Kansas as a Residential Trainer for people who face physical and mental challenges and I did that for 3 years. It was so rewarding. Very hard work but I have always been very open to learning new things and I enjoy challenges. If we stay in where were comfortable. The you limit yourself from learning and doing what you can to be the hands and feet for Gods kingdom. After doing that for 3 yrs I decided to get my nurses aide license and doing that for so many years has been such a wonderful opportunity. I absolutely love my elders and I AM THE VOICE WHO SPEAKS UP FOR THEM. I believe that there is way too many people shoved in a room with a facility that lacks sufficient staffing to give the residents attention to give them the essentials like a regular bath and hygiene and clothes put on. I've seen too much of the THE BAD AND THE UGLY in institutions and to me that's NO WAY for anyone to live or spend there retirement in. I love talking and sharing stories, praying, I enjoy providing exceptional care to all clients I come in contact. I'm very friendly. My passion in life is people going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm flexible and reliable as I dont have any kids. Just 3 sweet dogs. I am cpr certified

I have been working in this field for over 15 years. I specialized in hospice and wounds. I have worked for many families and some great doctors. I have over 40 certifications, I am cpr/first aide certified, phlebotomist and vent trained. I love helping people and making their days brighter in any way I can.

I think I am a great caretaker because I actually take the time to care for elderly as they are my family. I have a big heart for children and elderly that's what interested me in taking care of the elderly on my own. I enjoy the one on one time with them. One of my achievements that I am proud of is I get to know new people meaning my clients and their family. I am a people person and I tend to become very close to my clients like family

Being a caregiver has been very rewarding in knowing I am able to make others feel good in their daily lives with assistance of daily living. They feel secure which makes me feel good and proud to assist. I have alot of compassion and heart for anyone.

Ever since I was younger, I've been taking care of people and my siblings. What attracted me most to being a caregiver is that the feeling of helping people and making people happy makes me happy. What makes me a good care giver is that I'm experience in things that would be very helpful to anyone. I can cook ( I took 3 years of cooking classes) , clean and do laundry. I'm also great with kids and have a lot of experience working with them. One of my greatest personal achievements is being in a process of becoming a dental assistant . I am a natural leader , good listener , creative , and always ready to tackle any tasks and that's what makes me a good care giver.
