I am an outgoing person, I am passionate about many things in life. I became a CNA (certified Nurses Assistant) in 2015 after the passing of my mom in 2011. I truly enjoy taking care of others and helping them out in anyway that I can. I love learning about who my client/patient/resident was before and who they are now. I driven to make sure that I am doing my best and giving my all every single day. Making sure that all needs are met and no task is left undone. I take pride in my work.

My primary concern as a caregiver is to make sure that my client is able to function at the best of their ability and to make sure that they are having the highest quality of life that they are able to have. I am not only there for my client but I am also there for the family (such as: to let them go grocery shopping, are just to be another set of ears at doctor appointments or for the family. After a few days with the client and the family I begin to consider them family. I have a great amount of nurturing and empathy, some say I care to much but I give 150% to my clients and families. I enjoy order and dispensing medication, relating to my clients, enjoy the pass and working on family history. I have no parents or grandparents so my clients kind of fill these roles. I have been a first responder, EMT, CPR Instructor, nurse's aide, and medication aide. My personal achievement that I am most proud of is having a D.N.S. that I work with for a long time trust me to teach new nurse's the medication routine and to be a charge nurse. As a personal care giver the highest praise I can be given is for my client to tell me I must be an angel and that they love me.

Hi there! My name is Bryan, I have been in healthcare for twenty one years. I started as a cna in a skilled facility. I did that for five years and then started working with the developmentally disabled in semi-independent living situations as well as AHF's. After that, I became an activities assistant, in a skilled facility. That was one of the most amazing jobs ever. I got to create programs at night for residents with sundowners as well as the ones who were bored. Since then, I have done home care as well as working in facilities. I was born to take care of people and that is that. I've done home care from total quadriplegic care, down to basic companionship and housekeeping. I focus on my client and build relationships on what we have in common and their interests. Connection is important. I have also done a lot of end of life care. Helping the client stay comfortable and help the family understand the process that their loved one is going through. You name it and I have probably encountered it. My call was to be a healthcare practitioner to help the needy and the poor in the society, but due to lack of school fee to join the Medical University in Africa. I did a Diploma course in Pharmacy and later found myself working in different specialties Wards, hence taking a course in Nursing Assistant in America. I currently am working in an assisted living as a clinical specialist in infectious control of diseases and prevention. I have been caring for elderly, and people with disabilities since I was a little girl. My mom ran an adult family home, so I always had a bond with working with people. I have worked in skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living and Hospice. I am compassionate, organized, responsible, and reliable. I belong in this field because I want to improve the quality of life for the seniors and others in our community.

I'm a very caring and energetic woman of God. I have always loved helping others while also advancing my knowledge in the health field. I followed in my mother's footsteps as she became a CNA, AED, and now an ED. I'm proud of myself for saving a man's life through performing CPR on him for 10 minutes before the ambulance arrived. That brings me so much joy and pushes me to better myself in life. My career has been so rewarding and I can't wait to continue to help more people in need!

I am a very caring and gentle person. I started out caregiving by taking care of my grandmother when I was 17 and I fell in love with it. I have been a caregiver ever since. I love listening to what others have to say to me and I try to help them with their independence as long as possible.
