My mother was an RN that owned a large senior day care that I grew up in, in her twilight years I became her caregiver so I've been on both sides of the 'caregiver' role, I know how hard it is to find a good match and how important dependability, honesty and a compassionate heart is. Being able to take care of someone is a amazing feeling. I never imagined being a nurse. I started taking care of my parents. My mother was diagnosed with Lymphoma cancer and while in the care of the hospital she was not getting proper care from some of the nursing assistant. Long story short my mom transitioned in 2008 and 4 months later my transitioned. And i promised myself that if i could just show the patients that there are nurses that actually still treat them the correct way I will be that one. So im very passionate about treating others the way i would wanted someone to treat my parents if they still was here or even myself. Im honest, outgoing knowledgeable ,I have patience, passionate, dedicated, willing to learn, observant, optimistic , respectable, compassionate and motivational.

I have been a CNA for 11yrs. I am CPR and first aid trained. I chose to go into the nursing field because my mother and aunt are nurses. I enjoy taking care of people I enjoy talking to the elderly. I enjoying laughing and smiling and uplifting people's moods.
