I am a hard working women, I am very understanding and I love getting the job done. I have great people skills my work ethic is incredible. I love meeting new people and seeing new faces when working I aim to make everybody and everyone comfortable while working with them at any work place. I have great communication skills if something goes wrong I immediately ask questions, I go straight to the source. Hello & I hope you're doing well. My name is Mare & I was born and raised in Charlotte North Carolina. My interest in care giving began in 1982 when I gave birth to my daughter. Tiffany was born @ CMC w/ no right kidney & only a piece of a left kidney. That's when my caregiving actually began, however I had always wanted to be a nurse. Tiffany had several episodes of heart failure, as well as many seizures. I took the opportunity to learn as much as possible in order to help her in every way I could. Tiffany and I were referred to The Children's Hospital of Alabama where I was taught how to perform peritoneal dialysis. I treated her with paritoneal dialysis in my home for approximately one year. At that time, doctors decided she had to have a transplant. At 18 months, Tiffany was given one of my kidneys. She was put on a great deal of medications and there was a lot of care given to her over her lifespan of 28 years. After Tiffany's passing, I followed my interest in caregiving by working at a hospital as well as an assisted living company. I am a very friendly, patient & caring person who has been taught how to deescalate issues if they arise. I'm also a great listener which makes me believe I am a great companion for those who need it. I would enjoy meeting you and your loved one to see if I can help with their care. Being a caregiver definitely has its ups and downs but I believe it's so much more rewarding than some people think. Being able to build a bond with someone you care for is very important. Making sure the person knows I actually care for them is what I strive for, just to see the smile on someone's face and know that I've made them feel good for at least a few moments!

Ive been a caregiver on and off since I was 17 years old and I love doing it im also really good at it. Im comfortable in alot of diffrent situations im also a great cook :)

I pride myself on being a great caregiver, I love tending to people and their needs. Especially ones who are unable to do for themselves. I am very alert and aware of my patients body language, i listen to them when they tell me something and try to understand why they feel that way. I work really hard to my best caring for patients, one reason being I love what I do and the second is I would want someone to do the same for my parents or grand parents. I enjoy the peace it brings the patient and myself the most within my job. There is no feeling like knowing you have made a positive impact in someones life or helped make their life easier in anyway possible. Just the reward of that is enough for me.

I have been in the nursing field for more then 15yrs now I love taking care of elderly people it's just something i choose to do love putting smiles on there faces treating them as if they where my own family members

Hi, I'm Ashley , and love working with elders.. it is my passion , and it all started when I was asked to help care for my grandma with Parkinson's , I worked with her for 4 years full time and she encouraged me to do nursing school, but between having 2 kids , ages 9 and 6 nursing school is not in the cards , I am very outgoing , and love to listen. I am caring and patient. I love doing the CNA side of the work , I also got my certification for phelbotomy and medication aide.
