My understanding of each client condition. My ability to communicate effectively with client. My patience, thoughtfulness, and a cheerful disposition. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical experience. My great sense of humor. Professional attitude and great demeanor. I had a friend who's mother was in a nursing home with dementia and her mother wondered out of the nursing home and was almost hit by a car.
