I've worked as a nurse assistant over 16 yrs caring for disabled, elderly, ill, and mentally challenged clients. I have worked in nursing home, hospital, home care, senior facility, respite care, private duty, direct care service, and hospice care, and trained in massage. I like to challenge myself as a caregiver with promoting new work skills. My time is giving care to others, that cannot do for themselves. My achievement is to see my three children succeed in the life that values them. For myself, to be recognized for my work performance, that's giving to each individual that has been cared for, show appreciation. My compassion and my personality, I have a very big heart , im a great listener and I treat clients as if they are family . I watched how sad he was, and how people treated him because he had HIV it disturbed me. Thats what me want to be in Healthcare almost my entire family is in Healthcare to help those in need to help uplift those that are down. I enjoy making clients laugh and smile, seeing how happy they are makes me happy. My personal achievement honestly is being in Healthcare.
