I started being a care giver at a very early age i started off as a provider in homes loved it i had one client for 6yrs i have been a home health aide i had a it wasnt til i was at the age of 30 wish was a bout 6yrs i knew this was something i was destined to do i feel a great pleasure in knowing i help some one that needed a hand it wassnt until the age of 40 when i got my cna license and i have worked at some very prominate places here in san antonio and surrounding places. (For some reason the background check system they use, which is in Sacramento CA is not processing for me which I don't understand because I am imputing everything correctly but it keeps saying to make sure I put my full legal name and DL and SSN which I am. I will call CareLinx to see what I can do to complete this but for now if you would like to hire me and would like a background check I have no problem with going to one of the offices in San Antonio and completing one here just to make you comfortable! I started my healthcare journey as a senior in highschool as I was accepted into the nursing pathway program which allowed me to graduate as a CNA, phlebotomist, and EKG technician. I come from a family of medical professionals and have always felt that caring for people is something that came naturally to me and is what I was meant to do in this world! From an early age being around the hospital setting allowed me to truly see a different perspective about healthcare, I just knew that one day I wanted to help and make an impact in peoples lives during their hard times of illness, recovery, etc. I worked at the nursing home during my senior year which is also where my clinicals were held at. I immediately fell in love with it all, being able to take care of my residents, but most importantly offer a sincere connection with them. One of the things that bothers me the most in the medical field is those who just don't seem to truly care about those who their in charge of caring for, and personally this is also a huge reason why I want to work as a CNA right now. I hope I can help as many people as I can and offer the most reliable care possible.
