Hello my name is Crystal I have been a CNA/ Caregiver for over 10 years. I think what makes me a great caregiver is my compassion and absolute love for what I do and my patients. I have had the pleasure of caring for patients with ailments all across the board which has given me a lot of experience in different things. I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families so that I may not only work to help improve the quality of life for them but also making sure the families are comfortable with me so they can trust their loved ones are in good hands. What attracted me most to caregiving is my love for helping people, what has kept me here along with that is being able to get to really know my patients and their families and helping to make a difference in someone's life.

what makes me a great caregiver? I love what I do, will go the extra mile to make sure each of my residents are happy. I enjoy being able to help others. Having a heart of giving. I have been a cna/caregiver for almost 10yrs. This field of nursing is where my heart is. I was attracted to being a caregiver when i was a little girl, visiting the nursing homes every day. I found a friend who had special needs, he taught me how to screw. Being a caregiver is a hard job at times. But my residents is what keeps me going, i look forward to my next shift knowing i'm going to visit someone that appreciates my time and love.
