I am a very compassionate person who loves what I do. I've been certified since 2011. After losing My Son to an unfortunate accident, it made my drive for caring, helping and loving others stronger. I mostly enjoy the reward of knowing that in my heart that I made a difference in someone else's life. I take pride in what I do and I'm not afraid of working.

I have been a CNA since September 2002. When I initially took the course, I was doing it for the paycheck. It didn't take long to realize and understand that no amount of money could make me feel as wonderful as what providing care for the elderly did\does. I have tried to go in to other areas of employment, but my heart is in Nursing. I truly believe that this is my calling. I have worked in health care since I was 19. It has always been a joy of mine to take care of the elderly and I'll. I've taken care of dementia patients as well as alzheimer's. I have worked in the critical ill floor of the hospital and loved every minute. I was always busy. I enjoyed the patients. I am extremely proud of myself for furthering my education in healthcare and cannot wait to graduate!

I was always going to my grandparents to help them out when they needed extra help and I always loved seeing them smile and feeling like they could depend on me for help and support. A personal achievement I am proud of is graduating high school, and receiving employee of the month at my past facility I was working for, and paying off my very own vehicle by the age of 22.

Since I was young I always enjoyed helping other people, my grandfather was in hospice and it really brought out a passion to be the best I can in the medical field to help others. I absolutely love what I do, and how many people I get to meet and learn from. I'm beyond greatful that I have came this far and I'm able to help others out and put a smile on their face!
