Hi, I'm Becca :) I am 28 yr old, nursing student. No kids not married. Workaholic! I have been in health care for 10 years. I have done home health, hospital, and assisted living and travel nursing. I have worked neonates to geriatric. I've gained knowledge on different medical techniques, diagnoses, and how each patient acquires care differently. I am a people person, honest is the best policy. I have a heart for others, take care of them as you would as if your own family. Enjoy most is that I get to help the client and the family and show my appreciation and care for their family member. Personal achievement is that I am finally in nursing school and I am content with my life and how hard I have worked to be here. I have no family in Texas. I do have a puppy named Moxi! My very first pet on my own. It's been rough at times but honestly friends and family make life better it showed me support teams are everything. Being a caregiver/CNA/Nurse you are on someone's support team through good and bad. That is important to me, With all that being said, I'll probably be the caregiver that will be playing music, playing chess with your loved one ! Need help with things let me know, want something done a certain way just tell me. I am pretty easygoing, but I do like structural organization. I do talk a lot, if its to much tell me, I ensure my clients are taken care of, all tasks on hand are completed before the shift is over. I feel building a relationship with the client and family is important!

My personality traits that make me a great caregiver are that I am kind, understanding, and patient. My attraction to caregiving is being able to help someone who can not help themself. The thing I enjoy most about caregiving is that I'm able to to feel better about what I've done and who I am and get paid for it. Oddly enough my greatest personal achievement has not come to pass.
