I am an individual who loves helping and assisting people who through circumstances are unable to do so. Being in nursing school has made me appreciate people who go through health issues but with great providers look forward to a better day. I believe as your care giver, I will treat you as my family and provide you with meticulous care as I can and also apply my nursing school judgment in caring for people.

I possess a host of skills and can assist with all ADL; which include taking vital signs, B/P, TPR and Oxygen levels. I will also remind you to take your meds daily as prescribed by your physician. I am professional, get to work on time and responsible; I also get along well with others in all age groups. If there are abnormalities in daily care, will notify RN for further instructions.
I am always delighted to be around people, I am a caring, loving and joyful person. This goes to show how I have been in this profession for over 17 years. When I was a young woman I took care of my grandmother when my parents were not around for some time until she passed away. Having that experience showed me how excited I get when I am able to help make someone's life better. The thing I enjoy the most is when the people I am caring for share their personal experiences, personal background, and how they came about in their life. A personal achievement of mine that I am very proud of is when I cared for a family's loved one and they showed their appreciation towards me through a letter of appraisal when I finished working with them.

I'm a wife, mother and grandmother, and I've always loved the need to care for others. I'm a very patient, compassionate, caring and loving individual. I feel my passion for others is definitely my calling, which makes me a great caregiver that I am. That's the reason I chose to become a caregiver years ago.
