A great caregiver must have a selfless heart and be a active listener. If you care first, work hard, and be a willing listener you can develop a routine for your client that will help them thrive not just exist. Why did I become a caregiver? Growing up n a large family it was me doing th e care giving something that came natural and I enjoyed. I have the opportunity to bring a smile or bring a bit of joy to a seniors life It makes me feel good. Most seniors are usually dealing with health challenges of some sort.
