I am Joshlyn. I have been a private caretaker for several years. I have administered oral and IV medication as prescribed by an attending physician on a daily basis. I have maintained records of patient care, condition, progress, and problems, in order to report and discuss observations with family members and physicians. I accompany clients to doctors' offices and on other trips outside the home, providing transportation, assistance and companionship. I maintained sterile fields, application of dressings to a stage 4 decubitus ulcer. I assisted patients with basic activities of daily living, including changing of bed linens, washing laundry, preparing nutritious meals and doing basic housekeeping. My love and passion is in direct patient care (one-on-one). I'm amazing in what I do.
