I started working with my elderly over 10 years ago. My heart is with my job . I started taking all skills to work with Dementia and Alzheimer's . And am also in collage for my RN Hospice . I do have experience with hospice as well . ADL skills for there movement and exercise. To better keep them moving . I do have my CPR as well and am also a Med Tech so I do and understand about medicine. I have a gate belt I use no matter what for it is safety for us both . I have worked in a Post Acute hospital and got lots of experience with vitals and glucose checks . And some respiratory , telemetry. I really enjoy my little old peeps it is my life and that is where I will finish .Thank You .Janis Brown
