I don't would like to think that I am a great care giver because I have compassion and I care so much about my job and what I do for these people. I take them lik my own and I always put my self in their shoes. I have worked in an assisted living for 5 years and I have never had any complains about my work ethics or the way I treat my residents . I treat them with care , love and compassion . I am extremely reliable and I am always willing to cover shifts when they need me to. I have worked at my job for 5 years and I have never called in not even once and I do go above and beyond always to make sure my residents are comfortable. All these I believe are great qualities of a good caregiver.
