I have always had a passion for caring for other people. I decided to become a caregiver after having watched my mom as an occupational therapist with kids with disabilities. As I got older my grandmother fell ill and I jumped in to care for her for several years. I went into medical assisting and shortly after a friends daughter needed a caregiver and I jumped in to help her. I have since been a caregiver for the last 4 years. I am very patient and caring with both kids and adults. Being a caregiver is very rewarding to me, because I feel like I am making a difference. Not only for the patient but for the family as well. I have been able to build amazing relationships with the families I have worked with and can only hope to continue to help others in need. This is truly a passion of mine and something I truly enjoy doing.
