I am a passionate and reliable caregiver possessing over 15 years professional experience. Committed to providing the highest quality care to the geriatric and disabled community. It brings great satisfaction to be able to maintain/sustain a degree of independence for clients, companionship and being able to provide a alternative care for clients in home. I became a caregiver from the advice of a uncle, who told me that I was a natural caregiver during the time of taking care of my grandparents. One of the most personal achievable things I'm most proud of in caregiving is maintaining skin integrity without any breakdowns or bedsores of any client.

1.) What makes me a great caregiver? I love my b. A great caregiver is one who love to help and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. A great caregiver must have a selfless heart and be a active listener. If you care first, work hard, and be a willing listener you can develop a routine for your client that will help them thrive not just exist. I have the opportunity to bring a little sunshine in the lives of folks whose health has been comprise.I love the opportunity to help and make a difference in the lives I touch. 2.) Why did I become a caregiver? Growing up n a large family it was me doing the care giving something that came natural and I enjoyed. After high school I knew I wanted to be someone who loves helping and taking of others. 3.) What do I like about being a caregiver? I have the opportunity to bring a smile or bring a bit of joy to a seniors life It makes me feel good. Most seniors are usually dealing with health challenges of some sort. Sometimes they are consume with their illnesses and may not have something to smile about. If I can make their day a little bit better that is a great day. 4.) What is a personal achievement I am proud of? I had a female client who was paralyzed from the waist down she was a senior who wanted to go to the dinning room to eat dinner
