I have always been a people person. I started out working in the nursing homes and became attached to the sick people, and wanted to do more . I like being a care giver/companion because I like to be helpful to those in need. I took care of a 55 year old lady who had short term memory lost. She had other medical issues as well. I took her every where. We would go out to eat, shopping, whatever she wanted. We even had a weekly schedule of our where about. We had one day a week we cooked and had her 85 yr. old mother, and mother's caregiver come over to eat with us. I Love being around people, helping people, and most of all doing things to put a smile on their face. .I am a happy person. Love to get involved in my work.
