I become a CNA because when I was three yrs old I told my parents that I wanted to grow up taking care of people when they was sick & from that time & still to this day that is what I love to do. I enjoy taking care of people as much as I enjoy taking care of my family, because to me they are my family as well, in the eyes of God. My personnel achievement that I am proud of is when I went to work at UTMB & was able to learn all that they provided for me. I even got my Phlebotomy certificate & moved from PCT l to PCT ll. What to say about my self, well as I said before, I live my life caring for others & I enjoy doing just that. When I am not working I feel lost in this world. I was a Nurse aide back when we did not have to be certified, I started my nursing training in High School in Health Occupations Students of America classes in 1980, & have work in private care giver positions, Rehab hospitals, Hospitals (which includes working on Ortho/Trama unit, geriactics, med surg, MICU, SICU, recovery/PACU& much more), Nursing Homes, & Al timers Units.
