I was called to being a caregiver in 2016. I was looking to bring a deeper purpose to my life and started on the weekends to see how I would like it. By the beginning of 2017 I went full time, and working for an in home assistance company. Many clients like my bubbly, sweet, and cheerful disposition. I can however tailor my attitude accordingly to best fit my client. Though all have said this, I am consistent, loyal, and trustworthy. I'm not over bearing, or pushy, and always focused on my clients, not my phone. I specialize in Dementia care, and verbal abrasiveness doesn't make me run off. I know how to redirect behavior, and can calmly remove myself if need be from the situation. Many times I would return to the room and my client would have no recollection of the incident. I offer compassion, love and honesty, so it would be a pleasure to assist your loved one and a great opportunity to give them care they deserve.
