Assisted my patient with bathing, skin and nail care, dressing assistance, assisted to the toilet, changed, cleaned and put ointment if my patient had soiled their depends, took vitals daily, gave medications, prepared meals and snacks, kept my patient company and would find activities to do such as puzzles, reading, board games, or watching his favorite show, monitored speech and body strength, had light daily exercises planned for each day, emotional support, change sheets, make bed, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitized bathrooms, decluttered and organized house, prepared grocery list, call in prescription refills.

Assured that residents arise as scheduled, assisted and encouraged residents in reading, participating in and adhering to their written weekly schedule. This included classes, scheduled activities, and work assignments, assured proper training for residents, this may include; daily hygiene, bedroom maintenance, getting along with others, problem solving, fire drills, supervised medication procedures, supervised residents during special activities, and group gatherings, on and off campus. Assured that residents follow a daily hygiene and grooming routine, providing assistance and training as needed. Redirected residents to return to dorm if not properly clean and dressed. Trained and supervised residents in proper bedroom and bathroom maintenance, closet organization, and laundry procedures. Listened to residents who may need to express an opinion or concern and make referral to Administrator of Staff/Resident Training and Development when appropriate. Conduct and document training of residents. Follow guidelines concerning supervised medication of residents. Resident trainers supervise and document compliance and non-compliance.
