Responsible for 77 full guest suites.
* Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
* Prepare and maintain Action Plans.
* Qualify and solicit new and existing accounts through personal contact, telephone calls, solicitation letters, promotional events, and community and industry events.
* Used Hilton sales policies and selling techniques with an emphasis on maximizing occupancy and average daily rate. Complete, maintain and inspect sales related forms and checklists.
* Conduct professional site inspection with clients, exhibiting key features. Invite clients to breakfast and manager's reception.
* Be available at Lobby, Breakfast Bar, and Manager's Reception; compile leads from guests, front desk and breakfast host.
* Visit area competitors; "work" their lobby, meeting rooms.
