I became a Caregiver early on in my life; growing in a large family, with five siblings and the natural gift of nurturing and tender care I received from my beloved parents. Caring for others is always a joy because what you give of yourself; it returns back to you full. What I like about being a caregiver is the relationship that is rooted from the start. I enjoy developing the nurturing connection of my clients. My personal achievement I'm proud of is giving birth to my second child after a long decade and what amazing feeling it is share the love to my baby as I do my clients. I am a free spirited person with a deep compassion and love for the work I do, as a private caregiver. I absolutely love working with the elderly. It is the most rewarding career!
My compassion and big heart for the medical field had always been my life. I love to give of myself and I believe that interacting and companionship are the key to a good relationship. I have the tendency to go above and beyond 110%. I believe that if you have this much love and you can care for and do for others then keep doing what makes you happy, which is bringing life to people and filling that gap when their loved one needs assistance to do this.
I became a caregiver because that's where my heart is. I cared for my aunt until the day she died starting from age 10. I gave meds, prepared meals, gave insulin shots and so much more. Being a caregiver is one of the best things a person can ever be. I've always told my residents not to feel bad for hacing to have everything someone take of you. You did it now it's time for someoneto take care of you, so do not ever apologize for it. She and many others were just drifting , not being attended to, not fed properly, just a $ sign. I left the field of Cosmetology to care for my mom in whom was also a cancer patient.
