I started out in this field receiving my CNA many years ago and have advanced and developed many skills since then . Because of my eagerness to grow and learn I have held many positions, I have been in the nursing field for over 30 years and have compassion and patience when dealing with clients and always maintain a high level of professionalism . Becoming a caregiver was my natural calling. I Became a CNA in 2010 to assist those who are not able to help themselves. I furthered my education and graduated 9/2012 from WCJC with my Vocational Nursing Certificate. I am a licensed nurse. I love my job, with all that it entails. I am patient, caring, honest, dependable, and loyal. I am looking into furthering my education in the near future and am seeking employment that is flexible with my schedule with children and school.
I have been a licensed home health aide for 17 years. I have cared for many different patients-from Alzheimer's, dementia, parksons, M.S, and mentally challenged. I have many references if needed? I look forward of taking care of your loved one. I also have a criminal background and driving background check that I keep up with myself. I have many references from families along with recommendation letters from companies.
I have about 15 years of experience in taking care of elderly in their private homes and in health facilities. I really enjoy this job because it allows me to express my passion to those who need love and care in their different situations. I am very hard working, competent, caring, reliable and honest.
I am a respectful and respecting lady. I love to care for the elderly as I want them to be happy, meet their basic needs, and be adjusted with their changes in health as life goes on. I have also seen that older people than myself like me. I did not have grandparents in my life, so I have a place for such elderly in my heart. Ever since I started visiting nursing homes and talking to them, I felt satisfied that I am meaningful to them and they enjoy my giving them company and sharing their thoughts. 1.) What makes me a great caregiver? I love my b. A great caregiver is one who love to help and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. A great caregiver must have a selfless heart and be a active listener. If you care first, work hard, and be a willing listener you can develop a routine for your client that will help them thrive not just exist.
