I am a certified medical assistant. I have worked in the medical office setting dealing directly with the Physician and patients, but quickly realized that type of career was not for me. I felt like I was working on a cattle ranch were the patients were herded in and out as fast as possible. I prefer one on one contact. This allows more time to get to know each other and discuss any problems or just to talk about anything. I have experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia plus Neurological disorders such as severe brain injuries and stokes victims. I do diabetic monitoring and medication, plus neuropathy knowledge, and formal training in transfer techniques.I am CPR certified. My patient, caring and calm personality allows me to handle certain situations in an efficient and professional manner. With all that being said, my most valuable qualification is my passion to help others. I love my profession and I am very good at it
