I really believe that it really takes a special person to be able to work in the industry of caring for other individuals. I have a great deal of patience and understanding for individual needs . I take care of each individual as if it were myself. I have a personal experience where I had to care for my grandmother. I witnessed the changes that she went through in life as an elderly and I learned all of my understanding, patience and compassion for the elderly through her because to not be able to feed, bathe, clothe or just do the normal things anymore and have to totally depend on someone to care for you means they are trusting you basically with their life and I hold myself to a certain standard to ensure individuals have a great quality of life. I one day will become old and I can only hope that one will care for me as I have for others.
