Maintain call productivity and metrics that are required for both inbound and outbound calls. Accurately and timely gather substantiating documentation and interact with students and/or families to follow up on missing or deficient information; relay and discuss status of application Council's students and families regarding eligibility and debt management by maintaining a strong knowledge of Title IV, institutional policies regarding admissions, enrollment, degree objective, academic progress and advising. Conducts follow-up counseling sessions with students needing adjustment in payment plans, loans, work study, grants on the basis of financial support need. Provide clear and concise debrief to enrollment partner regarding prospective students packaging status. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
