I've been a pharmacy technician for 30 years. I have helped care for the medical needs of our customers, more like family. I would like to take it one step closer and care for the individual themself. After helping my father-n-law with the care needed thru his time of battling dementia, I had such a feeling of fulfillment, just feel this is where God wants me next. I loved the interaction with my father-n-law, no matter how out there he was. And with our customers at the pharmacy we always cared for them as family, whether it be a listening ear or a hug when needed, it was more than just filling meds. and checking them out and you're done. It was a genuine caring. I just love our little (older) people. Love to see their faces light up when they see me, as much as when I see them. I have been a Sunday school teacher for 22 yrs. I love my kids. Ages 2 thru 12. Nothing more rewarding than making a difference in a life of a child.
